Our Mission
We know business technology, which is why we are the IT resource our clients depend on. We tailor solutions to the needs of each client and are committed to the well-being of our business partners, employees and the environment. We promote sustainability in our own office, as well as offering electronic disposal services to our business clients.
We support our employees’ personal growth by promoting a healthy work/life balance and offering continuing education opportunities that ensure industry expertise.
Our vision
We aim to be a true partner for our clients. That allows us to provide the best service to meet all of their technology needs. In a world of rapidly evolving technological innovation and challenge, we base our business success on our partners’ success.

He has a proven track record for assessing clients’ needs and formulating strategies to best meet those needs, as well as educating clients on upcoming trends and business technology challenges.

Through this program, students get the opportunity to gain hands-on experiences and build a resume while still working towards their degrees and certifications. Jim serves on the advisory board for the Orange Technical College.
Jim is an Air Force veteran. In his spare time, he enjoys mid-century modern architecture, traveling to small towns across the country and classic muscle cars.

Kate has worked with the Lane Technology Systems team to implement updated vision and mission statements, as well as corporate core values, which include sustainability, industry expertise and excellent customer satisfaction. Kate lives in the College Park area of Orlando, FL, with her husband, Jim, and their dog, Nala. She enjoys traveling, furniture refinishing and dabbling in stained glass art.
Our Commitment to Sustainability
The release of new technology is exciting as it’s often faster, smarter and more efficient than older tech. But what happens to old and broken hardware? It usually ends up in landfills. We don’t want to be part of the growing e-waste problem. We’re proud members of the Winter Park Green Business Recognition Program and offer a technology recycling program for our customers. Anything that can’t be reused or refurbished will be recycled.
